Grace Required Return & Refund Policy

At Grace Required, every item is made especially for you once your order is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, buyer’s remorse, or changes of mind.

Returns & Exchanges

We gladly replace or refund items if:

  • Your order arrives damaged
  • Your item has a printing or manufacturing defect
  • You receive the wrong item

If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Photos showing the problem

We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Sizing

Please review the sizing chart before placing your order. Since each item is printed specifically for you, we cannot offer exchanges for ordering the wrong size.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.

Shipping

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. If you still need assistance, we’re happy to help you investigate.
