Thank you for shopping with Grace Required! Every order is created especially for you, which means your purchase is made to order after you place it.

Processing Time

Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be printed and prepared for shipment.

During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Times

After your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 7–15 business days
  • International: 10–30 business days

Please note that these are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package’s journey.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.

Occasionally we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated on our website.

Multiple Shipments

Because our products are made by different production partners, your order may arrive in multiple packages. If this happens, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

If an incorrect address is provided and the order has already entered production or shipped, we may be unable to make changes. Additional shipping charges may apply if the package must be reshipped.

Delayed Deliveries

While we work hard to ensure timely delivery, Grace Required is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather
  • Carrier delays
  • Customs processing
  • Holidays
  • High shipping volumes
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ll gladly work to resolve the problem.

If your tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local carrier before contacting us.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country.

Grace Required is not responsible for delays caused by customs agencies.
